Estate Manager (Home Eligibility Services)

About the role

The Estate Manager (Customer Relations) delivers quality housing services to HDB flat applicants and residents, assessing eligibility for flat purchases, CPF housing grants and HDB housing loans, and processing sale and resale transactions. The role gives insight into the HDB flat purchase value chain and offers opportunities to streamline work processes for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assess applicants' eligibility to buy a new or resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, and guide them toward informed housing and prudent financing decisions
• Process sale and resale transactions of HDB flats
• Assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from eligibility conditions, and prepare case reports and draft submissions for management's consideration
• Liaise day to day with applicants, residents, solicitors and relevant agencies
• Supervise counter operations when rostered, and process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications from flat buyers
