About the role
The St. Regis Singapore is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of property events. You will act as the primary liaison between sales, operations, and guests, ensuring a seamless experience from pre‑event preparation through post‑event follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, room blocks, and meeting spaces for average to large‑sized groups.
- Maintain billing accuracy, review invoices with clients, and process final statements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the event lifecycle, greeting guests and handing off details to the Operations team.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, offering creative solutions and enhancements to maximize revenue.
- Participate in site inspections, support the sales process, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and follow up with guests after events.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of event‑management experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
