Executive – Centre Administration

About the role

The Fraunhofer Singapore Research Centre at NTU is looking for an Executive to support the Centre’s daily operations. You will ensure a safe, organized environment, manage assets, and assist with procurement and IT tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procurement support, liaising with vendors for quotations, purchases, and deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environment for employees and visitors.
• Manage company assets and keep accurate asset records.
• Act as the appointed Fire Warden and coordinate emergency preparedness with building management.
• Support day‑to‑day office administration and handle ad‑hoc duties.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
• Provide basic IT support, such as user account and email setup.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience (candidates without prior experience are welcome).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic knowledge of IT systems.
• Good oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
