About the role

As an Executive Recruiter based in Singapore, you will shape the future of Amazon’s leadership across Asia Pacific, Japan, and China. Partnering directly with senior directors and VPs, you will identify and attract transformational talent that drives innovation across Amazon’s diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted talent advisor to Directors and VPs, educating leaders on market dynamics and influencing hiring decisions.
• Define and execute recruiting strategies for confidential, high‑impact leadership roles across multiple Amazon businesses.
• Source and engage world‑class passive candidates through research‑driven methods, building pipelines where none exist.
• Own the full search lifecycle—from strategy and assessment to debriefs, references, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with People Experience & Technology (PXT) and business leaders to align talent priorities and raise the hiring bar.
• Provide data‑driven market intelligence and candid counsel during strategic client conversations.

Required profile

• Seasoned executive search professional with a track record of senior‑level placements.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating complex, multi‑market environments and competitive talent landscapes.
• Strong judgment and autonomy in shaping searches without existing playbooks.
