About the role

The company is a fast‑growing technology firm operating across APAC and is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join its regional Talent Acquisition team. In this senior partnership role you will act as a true talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions and providing market insight to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end searches for senior‑level and executive positions across the region.
• Partner directly with business leaders to understand organisational priorities and future talent needs.
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence on competitors and adjacent industries.
• Build and nurture external networks to attract high‑calibre passive candidates.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, compensation expectations and hiring strategy.
• Manage complex candidate processes to ensure a best‑in‑class experience from engagement to offer acceptance.
• Act as a trusted advisor on succession planning and broader talent acquisition projects, including process improvement and employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably with executive or leadership mandates.
• Proven track record hiring senior talent in technology, digital, fintech or high‑growth consumer platforms.
• Strong market‑mapping and talent‑intelligence capabilities.
• Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing complex searches across multiple functions and geographies.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify talent before the business recognises the need.
