Factory Manager – Textile Production

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Factory Manager to lead our textile manufacturing operations on Jurong Island. You will be responsible for driving efficient production, ensuring high‑quality output, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all textile manufacturing activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Oversee production planning, staff supervision, and machine utilization.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in textile or fabric production management.
- Strong knowledge of textile processes and machinery.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and quality focus.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 4,000 to SGD 6,000.
