F&B Service Crew

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time F&B Service Crew member in Singapore. The role centres on welcoming guests, serving food and beverages and keeping the dining area tidy, while working closely with the team to deliver a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Keep the dining area, tables, chairs and service stations clean and organised
• Assist with food preparation and plating, following company standards and hygiene protocols
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Take part in training sessions and team meetings

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage but not mandatory
