Finance Executive – Business & Project Finance Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, commercially minded Finance Executive to support a broad range of finance and business operations for our growing project portfolio. The role is hands‑on, covering day‑to‑day transactional finance, revenue management, payment‑platform administration, cost monitoring and procurement support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day billing, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations and financial records.
• Monitor revenue, billing requirements, receivables and collections; work with commercial and operational teams to resolve issues.
• Administer and reconcile transactions, settlements, fees, refunds and chargebacks across payment gateways, merchant accounts and POS systems.
• Track project revenue, costs, budgets, commitments and cash flow; support project profitability analysis.
• Support purchasing and vendor‑related finance activities, including PO/invoice matching and payment processing.
• Assist with management reporting, month‑end closing, financial analysis, audits and maintenance of financial controls.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and help develop improved processes, systems and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross‑functional teams on additional finance and business‑related matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
