Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee day‑to‑day finance operations for the Singapore entity, focusing on treasury, banking facilities, trade finance, liquidity and cash‑flow management, as well as financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local and international banks, prepare and negotiate banking facility applications, and monitor utilization, pricing and covenants.
• Oversee the full set of accounts, including payables, receivables, general ledger, month‑end closing, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare rolling cash‑flow forecasts, funding plans and liquidity analyses, and coordinate project financing, insurance and guarantees.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, taxation, statutory requirements and Group finance policies, and coordinate audits and tax filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 12–15 years of relevant finance experience with leadership responsibilities, preferably in EPC, power or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience in Singapore banking facilities, treasury management and trade finance.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
