Finance Manager – Singapore & Malaysia

About the role

Venchi is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance operations for its Singapore and Malaysia entities. Based in Singapore, you will act as the finance custodian, ensuring regulatory compliance while providing strategic financial insight to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing for SG and MY entities.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee GST (Singapore) and SST (Malaysia) filings, corporate tax, and transfer‑pricing compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and provide variance analysis to support pricing, investment and expansion decisions.
• Partner with local functional leaders, delivering financial insights for business decisions.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships and FX exposure across SGD and MYR.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, inter‑company reconciliations and drive process‑automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role; audit background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, MFRS, GST and SST.
• Hands‑on, structured, able to operate in lean environments.
