Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Planning & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting and performance analysis. This senior role partners with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive financial excellence and support long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and executive dashboards.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning and working‑capital optimization.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, financial policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and corporate policies.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, investment analysis and business case evaluation.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee cost‑management initiatives and recommend expense‑optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate financial audits and address audit findings promptly.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor overall financial health.
