Finance Manager – Treasury, FP&A & Costing

About the role

A well‑established Singapore‑based manufacturing and trading company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead treasury, FP&A, costing and finance systems functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and trade finance facilities.
• Oversee FX exposure, hedging activities and related risk management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Analyse costs, margins, business performance and variances.
• Drive standard costing and manufacturing cost variance analysis.
• Support/lead ERP and finance system implementation and process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to improve profitability and working‑capital efficiency.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, commodity‑trading treasury or bank corporate FX/rates.
• Strong hands‑on experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience in FX hedging, banking facilities and trade finance.
• Hands‑on experience in finance system/ERP implementation and standard costing variance analysis.
• Comfortable working in Tuas and willing to support beyond normal hours when required.
