About the role
This part‑time locum position offers a flexible schedule of 2–3 days per week, focused exclusively on dental X‑ray imaging. You will work during regular office hours in a central government healthcare setting, providing essential radiographic services to support patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform dental X‑ray examinations and produce high‑quality diagnostic images.
- Operate and maintain dental radiography equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to integrate imaging results into patient workflows.
Required profile
- Recognised radiography qualification.
- Valid AHPC registration and practising certificate.
Required skills
- Dental radiography equipment operation.
- Radiation safety and compliance.
- Accurate imaging record management.
