Floor Manager - COS Marina Bay Sands

About the role

COS, part of H&M Group, is looking for a Floor Manager at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. You will lead a passionate team and create excellent customer experiences that go beyond the expected, setting the tone for a welcoming, inspiring store that drives results. The position is full-time, with 44 working hours a week (5 working days, 2 off-days, weekends and public holidays included).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to team development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, keeping them efficient and aligned with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and step into the role of Store Manager when required.

Required profile

• Genuine enjoyment of engaging with customers and leading by example in service.
• Passion for the products offered and willingness to share that enthusiasm.
• Eagerness to learn, open to feedback and seeking personal and professional growth.
• Proven ability to organise and motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience giving constructive feedback and coaching others to improve.
• Solid understanding of key retail KPIs and how to use them to drive performance.
• Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English language skills to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
