Floor Manager – COS VivoCity

About the role

COS, part of the H&M Group, is looking for a Floor Manager for its VivoCity store in Singapore. The role leads a passionate team and sets the tone for a welcoming, inspiring store that delivers excellent customer experiences and drives results. It is a full-time position of 44 hours per week, five working days, with two off-days, weekends and public holidays included.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to team development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations so they are efficient and aligned with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and step into the role of Store Manager when required.

• English language skills to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
