Forward Deploy Engineer (SPG)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing European startup to help enterprise customers deploy agentic AI systems into production. You will work directly with clients, translating open‑ended challenges into reliable, production‑grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand operational challenges and define success criteria.
• Design and implement integrations of AI agents with client systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Write production‑quality code, own deployments, and ensure reliability and performance.
• Conduct workshops, test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform and contribute to documentation and tooling.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software engineering experience building end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working directly with customers on ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• Fluent in German at C2 level for client communication.
