Senior AI Transformation Consultant

About the role

Palo‑IT is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to join its Gen‑e2 Pilots & Transformation team in Singapore. You will help clients turn AI ambition into lasting organisational change by shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and ensuring measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co‑lead AI pilot and transformation programmes end‑to‑end, including scoping, delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Coach engineers, product owners and delivery leads on AI‑augmented product discovery and delivery practices.
• Identify and track metrics such as productivity uplift, backlog quality and cycle time to demonstrate value.
• Design transformation roadmaps, sequence capability building, tooling adoption and organisational change.
• Support the set‑up and operationalisation of client AI Centres of Excellence, including governance models and role definitions.
• Co‑design AI toolchains with Gen‑e2 engineers and architect multi‑agent systems for the delivery lifecycle.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tooling (models, frameworks, IDEs, orchestration layers) into structured delivery patterns.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, contribute to proposals and shape AI capability assessments.
• Write articles, case studies and speak at industry events to promote Palo‑IT’s AI‑augmented delivery methodology.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑augmented software development lifecycle and modern AI tooling ecosystem.
• Proven stakeholder management, facilitation and change‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving client environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Lean and Systems Thinking principles.
