AI Transformation Lead

About the role

Palo IT is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive AI‑augmented delivery for enterprise clients. The role focuses on turning AI ambition into lasting organisational change, shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and ensuring measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI pilot and transformation programs end‑to‑end, including scoping, delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Coach client delivery teams on AI‑augmented product discovery and delivery practices.
• Design transformation roadmaps, set up AI Centres of Excellence and define governance models.
• Co‑design AI toolchains, architect multi‑agent systems and integrate emerging AI tooling into delivery pipelines.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, contribute to proposals and shape AI capability assessments.
• Produce thought‑leadership content, speak at events and help build Palo IT’s external presence.

Required profile

• Experience with modern AI tooling ecosystem (coding assistants, MCP servers, agent frameworks).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑augmented software development lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and change‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous client environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean and Systems Thinking principles.
