Frontline Customer Experience Officer (Part-Time)

About the role

Decathlon Singapore is hiring a part-time Frontline Customer Experience Officer for its Kallang SGLab store. The officer is the first and last point of contact for customers in the store, representing the company's image and ensuring in-store satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Satisfy customers with sincere service and respect the "satisfy or satisfy" policy
• Manage customer demands and expectations professionally
• Ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Manage and optimise back-end cash floats and balances
• Actively manage click-and-collect services in the store
• Assure the safety of teammates and customers at work
• Share a positive attitude with customers and handle enquiries by email and call

Required profile

• Vital in daily activities, customer-centric with a strong sense of service
• Responsible, self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Digitally minded and business-centred, with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Sports lover and sports enthusiast

• Remuneration starting from SGD 11 per hour for part-timers, with monthly bonuses up to 10% of base salary and year-end profit sharing
