Full-Time Retail Educator – VivoCity

About the role

The Educator is the front‑line ambassador of lululemon, responsible for delivering world‑class guest experiences in our VivoCity store. You will share product knowledge, foster community connections, and ensure every guest leaves feeling supported and inspired.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide personalized product and purchase solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, articulating the value and benefits of each item.
• Execute accurate and timely transactions while supporting omnichannel programs.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented store environment through restocking, visual merchandising, and routine cleaning.
• Gather guest feedback, partner with store leadership to resolve issues, and promote local community initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for guests and staff.
