About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated, results‑driven General Manager to lead and oversee all business activities of our organization. The role involves developing and executing effective strategies to drive productivity, profitability and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, set weekly performance goals and ensure their achievement.
• Recruit, onboard and train high‑performing staff to meet sales, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that optimise productivity and resource allocation.
• Review and improve organisational effectiveness by designing processes, fostering a motivational work environment and driving innovative change.
• Identify growth opportunities and cultivate new business relationships.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Prepare, implement and monitor budgetary and resource‑allocation plans.
• Delegate responsibilities, enforce policies, procedures and cultural values.
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven success in a senior managerial role.
• Strong decision‑making, communication and delegation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and achieve financial plans.
• Ability to motivate, lead and hold employees accountable.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
