General Manager – Multi‑Outlet F&B Operations

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets islandwide. You will shape strategy, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several F&B locations.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting activities.
• Manage, train and motivate outlet managers and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing standards.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support growth and operational consistency.
• Analyse operational and financial reports, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing multi‑outlet or multi‑unit F&B operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, operationally demanding environment.
