Graduate Commercial Operations Specialist

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia is recruiting a Graduate Commercial Operations Specialist for its Airbus Global Graduate programme, starting in September 2027. The two-year, personalized development journey builds leadership, business acumen and technical skills, with a minimum of one rotational placement across regional Customer Centers or adjacent marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support network and business partner agreement implementations, renewals and performance monitoring across SEA and Airbus Helicopters customer centres, in line with policy and compliance directives.
• Assist in preparing standard and complex offers for new aircraft and Support & Services in Southeast Asia, coordinating with operational teams.
• Gain hands-on proficiency with CRM systems, price quotation software and commercial price lists.
• Learn Airbus Commercial Policy, pricing catalogues and commercial governance procedures.
• Understand ethics and compliance requirements, including Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Third Party Declarations and Export Control.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, International Business or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Recently graduated or about 2 years of initial experience in commercial operations, contract administration or partner management in aerospace.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team and to drive your own development.
• Right to work in the country of the position and eligibility for the required security clearance.
