Group Food & Beverage Director

About the role

Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Group Food & Beverage Director in Singapore. The role oversees the operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction of the Food & Beverage departments across multiple properties, with strategic leadership in building the F&B team, creating innovative products and promotions, and upholding quality, service and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and inspire F&B managers, supervisors and culinary teams to meet food preparation and service standards.
• Oversee F&B operations across the group, ensuring consistency, safety, hygiene and compliance with corporate policies.
• Develop strategies to improve customer relations and guest experience.
• Drive revenue growth with new products, concepts and promotions, working with property-level teams.
• Plan, forecast and manage F&B budgets, costs and inventory, and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and professional development for staff at all levels.
• Ensure food handling, hygiene and safety regulations are followed, including food handling certifications and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and monitor staffing levels to match business demand.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and coach staff to deliver excellent service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a multi-property hotel group.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to create and implement innovative F&B concepts and promotions.

Required skills

• Leadership and communication skills across multiple locations.
