Food and Beverage (F&B) Coordinator

About the role

JLL is hiring an on-site Food and Beverage (F&B) Coordinator in Singapore. The role acts as the main link between vendor teams and client stakeholders, ensuring food service stations run smoothly, menus are confirmed and employees' food service needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, replenish and break down food and refreshment service stations on time, and liaise with catering teams and vendors on daily menus, dietary needs and meal orders
• Monitor presentation, cleanliness and service flow during meals, and escalate service issues to the Vendor Account Manager and Client FTE Manager
• Take part in daily or weekly vendor check-ins, give feedback and suggest ways to improve engagement and meal variety
• Answer employee queries in person and online, and act as a point of contact for questions about food service offerings
• Communicate menu details, allergens and changes through signage or digital systems, and collect informal feedback
• Support food safety, sanitation and health code compliance, complete checklists such as daily temperature logs and cleaning schedules, and ensure the service area meets local and client guidelines
• Monitor weightage and wastage data accuracy, record expenses, manage food and beverage supplies and keep basic records such as headcounts, food waste and incident logs
• Support client reporting on KPIs, guest counts and service quality where applicable

Required profile

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in office operations within a food and beverage setting; hospitality or business education preferred
• Strong organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills in a busy environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving and financial skills as needed
• Positive team spirit, flexibility and a customer-service mindset
