Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Services Executive is the primary point of contact for hotel guests from arrival to departure. Working within the Front Office, Executive Lounge and Concierge areas, you will ensure a seamless, memorable experience while supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and cashiering duties, assigning rooms per reservation.
• Upsell higher room categories to maximise revenue.
• Maintain guest privacy and handle confidential information securely.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to manage room status and ensure accurate availability.
• Handle guest feedback, perform first‑person recovery, and communicate with the Duty Manager or Security as needed.
• Supervise the front desk in the Duty Manager’s absence and provide on‑the‑job training for Guest Services Officers.
• Monitor and respond to front‑office emails, and support Executive Lounge and Concierge duties when required.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cash‑handling policies, and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar front‑office or guest‑services role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for creating delightful moments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset and business‑focused attitude.
