Head of Airside Operations – Singapore

About the role

dnata Singapore is seeking a dynamic leader to head all airside operations at Changi Airport. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of ramp and baggage services, driving performance and service excellence across the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and full accountability for airside operations, aligning with dnata Singapore’s business objectives.
• Develop and enforce standards, policies and performance frameworks to ensure safety, efficiency and high‑quality service across all terminals.
• Lead a large, multi‑layered workforce, fostering a safety‑first culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Optimize resource utilisation, implement productivity initiatives and leverage innovation to enhance operational resilience.
• Maintain strict compliance with aviation regulations, company standards and global best practices.
• Collaborate with airline partners to exceed service expectations and drive customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in airside or ground handling operations.
• Strong track record of delivering operational excellence in a complex, regulated environment.
• Ability to inspire, develop and manage large teams across multiple functions.
• Excellent understanding of safety management and regulatory compliance.
