Head of Business Management – Emerging Markets (COO Office)

About the role

The Head of Business Management for the Emerging Markets franchise will partner with the Head, COO and senior leadership to drive strategic execution, governance and organisational effectiveness across the private bank.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across Business, COO, Operations and Infrastructure functions.
• Support preparation of business reviews, strategic planning exercises and senior‑management presentations.
• Facilitate governance forums, management committees and executive review meetings, ensuring high‑quality materials for discussion.
• Drive change management, people initiatives and risk‑aware execution across the franchise.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in Front‑Office, COO, Transformation, HR and Control functions.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated track record in strategic planning, execution and governance within a financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
