Head of Capital Formation (Capital Raising / Investor Relations)

About the role

The Head of Capital Formation will lead the Group's strategy to secure external funding for investments, platform companies, and strategic initiatives. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with investment, treasury, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the capital formation strategy, targeting family offices, institutional investors, corporates, private credit providers, and philanthropic partners.
• Create compelling investment narratives, pitch decks, and private placement materials to support fundraising efforts.
• Structure and negotiate fundraising transactions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Expand the investor ecosystem through strategic partnerships and industry networks.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with investors and ensure successful fundraising outcomes.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in capital raising, private placements, investor relations, fund distribution, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proven track record of raising capital from family offices, institutional investors, corporates, or private credit providers.
• Strong network within the regional investment community.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercially driven with the ability to originate and execute fundraising opportunities.
