About the role
The client is a fast‑growing technology and AI multinational seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and stabilise HR operations across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will oversee both the HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams, driving strategic initiatives while remaining hands‑on in execution.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, advising on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent strategy, and organisational development.
- Review and enhance the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top global talent, remaining actively involved in sourcing and hiring.
- Lead change‑management programmes that support business transformation, operational alignment, and ambitious growth plans.
- Oversee complex employee‑relations matters, delivering balanced, timely resolutions while managing risk.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and deliver solutions for hiring, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Coach managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Design and implement HR initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to deliver aligned programmes.
- Use HR data, metrics, and trends to provide insights, inform decisions, and continuously improve practices.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business‑partnering capacity within a fast‑paced or high‑growth technology organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and contemporary best practices.
- Proven ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills with a collaborative style.
