Head of Nursing / Nurse Manager – East Nursing Home

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Head of Nursing / Nurse Manager to lead operations at its East Nursing Home. This senior management position is responsible for ensuring high‑quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and efficient day‑to‑day nursing home operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including any enhancements.
• Oversee safe and efficient daily operations within the nursing home, enforcing SOPs and policies.
• Track and review nursing key performance indicators, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or participate in quality and continuous‑improvement projects to raise care standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
• Plan and control the manpower budget.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management of care staff.
• Monitor and report on project status, including new facility setups, process changes, or program implementations.
• Research and prepare proposals for senior management review.
• Contribute to other business areas as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head of Nursing or Senior Nurse Manager.
• Possession of an advanced diploma (any discipline).
