Head of Subscription & Loyalty

About the role

As Head of Subscription & Loyalty you will own the strategy and performance of foodpanda’s subscription programme across more than 10 markets in Europe and APAC. You will combine deep analytical thinking with hands‑on execution to drive subscriber growth, retention and financial results. The role works closely with product, pricing, commercial, marketing and quick‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute market‑specific growth strategies, aligning priorities across regions.
• Identify, test and scale high‑impact initiatives through rigorous analysis and experimentation.
• Own the evolution of the subscription value proposition, translating customer insights into product and commercial improvements.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, setting priorities and enabling strong execution.
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years in management consulting, strategy, high‑growth tech, investment banking or FMCG, preferably with subscription or loyalty experience.
• Proven people leadership, building and developing high‑performing teams while influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional first‑principles problem‑solver with strong analytical and commercial foundation.
• Bias for action, comfortable moving between strategy and execution in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL (plus).
