HNW Case Manager

About the role

The HNW Case Manager will support the sales force in handling incoming commercial prospects and managing policy files throughout the underwriting and issuance process. This role acts as a central liaison among consultants, clients, underwriters and corporate units to ensure smooth case progression.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales force daily with incoming commercial prospects and advance policy files.
• Coordinate with insurance providers on policy applications, underwriting requirements and case follow‑ups.
• Verify that entry forms, verification papers and coverage records are correctly completed and filed.
• Support the sales process by arranging medical appointments, gathering client documentation and handling logistics.
• Draft contract files and manage administrative tasks post‑submission, including user demands and refund procedures.
• Act as a central link for consultants, consumers, underwriters and corporate units, answering questions and tracking unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with internal units to ensure seamless transition of files from initial filing to final contract delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational structures and improve internal workflows.

Required profile

• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in insurance, wealth management or financial services.
• Prior experience in new business processing and case management.
• Strong administrative abilities with precision and capacity to manage multiple customer files simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with various stakeholders and meeting time‑sensitive requirements.
