Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms at our hotel in Pasir Ris. The role involves delivering high‑standard cleaning services, ensuring rooms are well‑stocked and ready for guests, while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Complete cleaning tasks on assigned rooms within prescribed timeframes.
• Transport towels, linens, toiletries and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Empty waste bins, ashtrays and dispose of all trash and waste from rooms.
• Sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning tools.
• Replenish supplies, linens and bathroom items as needed.
• Maintain cleaning standards in line with hotel policies.
• Follow workplace safety rules and regulations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping (Room Attendant) experience in Singapore, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of working independently.
• Positive attitude, ready to go the extra mile and not afraid of hard work.
