HR Business Partner – Southeast Asia

About the role

Lenskart is expanding its eyewear retail footprint across Singapore and Thailand and seeks an HR Business Partner to shape the people agenda for the region. This role partners directly with market leaders, influencing business decisions and building high‑performing retail teams in a fast‑scaling, consumer‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to SEA business and retail leaders.
• Drive workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and performance management.
• Own frontline recruitment outcomes across Singapore & Thailand and build talent pipelines for retail expansion.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and payroll coordination, ensuring adherence to Singapore and Thailand labour laws.
• Maintain strong engagement with frontline retail teams to drive culture, productivity, and retention.
• Lead change‑management initiatives aligned to business growth.

Required profile

• HR experience with strong Retail HRBP exposure and some Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in Singapore retail is a plus, with hands‑on exposure to the Thailand talent market.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws and HR compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic HR partnership with operational execution and stakeholder management.
