HR Business Process Management Support – SAP HCM ERP

About the role

OPUS IT SERVICES is seeking an HR Business Process Management Support professional to manage SAP HCM ERP change requests, system incidents and payroll processes across Singapore. The role blends HR knowledge with strong IT coordination skills to ensure smooth operation of the e‑HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate Change Requests (CRs) from gathering to implementation, liaising with stakeholders and vendors.
• Review business and system requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet governance standards.
• Support test planning and execution (UAT, integration, regression, COE) and deliver HR system training.
• Manage CR approval process, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Track Service Requests and System Incidents, ensuring timely resolution by the maintenance vendor.
• Assist with risk, issue and change management, escalating to Project and Operations Managers as needed.
• Collaborate with HR systems maintenance teams on enhancements, fixes and operational activities.
• Perform data verification, profiling, extraction and rectification.
• Provide analysis for operational issues, audit requests and system migrations.
• Support payroll and allowances processes, including interface processing and payment adjustments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience, including at least 1 year with SAP ERP or HCM SaaS.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and resource‑ful with a keen interest in problem solving.

What we offer

• Monthly salary SGD 4,900 – 5,150
• Performance bonus up to one month based on client rating
• 1‑year contract with yearly renewal
• Work hours: Mon‑Fri 08:30‑18:00
