HR Executive / Senior Executive – HRIS & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level HR Executive to lead HRIS and HR Operations across Singapore. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure data integrity in our HR systems and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, employee movements, off‑boarding and HRIS updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, reports and dashboards for operational monitoring and decision‑making.
• Respond to employee and manager enquiries promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Partner with HR team members and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
• Support recruitment administration as a secondary responsibility.
• Review and optimise HR processes, SOPs, templates and guidelines to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Regional HRIS team to enhance system functionality, prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT and support change management.
• Contribute to HR projects and organisational initiatives, preparing data, reports and presentations for implementation and reporting.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work closely with HR colleagues and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
