About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across our organization. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting our people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and face‑to‑face interviews and evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer assessments and support selection processes.
  • Facilitate offer management and candidate negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and workforce updates for management.
  • Support onboarding and pre‑employment documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company hiring policies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to assess talent and conduct structured interviews.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
