Human Resource Executive – Payroll Focus

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive with a strong focus on payroll and employee administration. This full‑time, onsite position supports the HR team in recruitment, foreign worker management, training coordination and staff welfare across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, conduct interviews, prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee personal files.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related accommodation matters for foreign workers.
• Schedule staff training, liaise with trainers and ensure class availability.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet training needs.
• Submit government training grant applications and process staff absentee payroll claims.
• Organise staff welfare activities and obtain event quotations.
• Support implementation of HR initiatives and activities.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
