Human Resources Manager / Business Partner (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time, hybrid position based in Singapore River supports a growing consulting and construction firm. You will lead core HR functions, partner with business leaders, and help shape an inclusive, performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, and support payroll and benefits administration.
• Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and drive organisational development initiatives.
• Handle employee‑relations issues, coordinate training and development activities, and update HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse data and manage the HRIS system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, business partnering or people operations, preferably in consulting, construction or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll, benefits and HR policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and confidential‑handling skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities in a part‑time hybrid setting.
