Innovation Coach – Drive Projects & Startup Collaboration

About the role

Alstom is seeking an Innovation Coach to lead the planning and execution of acceleration and implementation programmes across its transport solutions. You will act as the bridge between project teams, startups and end‑customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivering value‑creating outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, set up and monitor acceleration/implementation plans, including planning, deliverables and budget, in partnership with project teams and customers.
• Provide support for project development through skills, methodology, processes and documentation.
• Maintain continuous communication between projects/startups and end‑customers, tracking inputs and outputs.
• Monitor progress, report status and make recommendations for follow‑up actions.
• Identify and foster collaborations with external partners, especially startups.
• Contribute to CSR initiatives focused on climate and resource preservation.
• Measure performance through portfolio management, investment vs value creation and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineer with a Master’s degree.
• First experience in innovation and/or R&D.
• Organised, structured project‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and synthetic thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Team‑spirit and collaborative mindset.
