About the role
LionsBot International is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline growth for its autonomous cleaning robots. You will be the first point of contact for B2B prospects and distributors worldwide, turning cold leads into qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from the website, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver engaging online presentations and virtual product demos to showcase ROI of LionsBot solutions.
- Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM, logging activities, notes, and deal stages.
- Collaborate with Field Sales teams and International Distributors to hand over qualified opportunities.
- Monitor cleaning industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong curiosity for technology and ability to convey complex solutions simply.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience using video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) for virtual demos.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and LinkedIn outreach.
