International Tax Advisory Manager – Singapore

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced International Tax Advisory Manager to join its Singapore International Tax team. You will provide high‑level tax advice to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, helping them navigate complex cross‑border tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on local and international corporate tax matters, including cross‑border restructuring, tax treaties, and withholding tax.
• Handle permanent establishment issues, BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two compliance, and tax due diligence.
• Design acquisition tax structures and support post‑acquisition restructuring projects.
• Prepare and review tax advisory memoranda, reports, and client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in an international tax advisory setting.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
