Investment Associate – Fund of Funds

About the role

As an Investment Associate focusing on Fund of Funds, you will be based in Singapore and support the investment team by researching external fund managers, analysing performance, and assisting portfolio construction. The role blends rigorous due‑diligence with client‑facing communication to help shape the firm’s asset allocation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research on existing and prospective funds.
• Perform ongoing due‑diligence, monitoring performance, risk, and operational developments.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to recommend asset‑allocation changes or fund switches.
• Prepare client‑focused materials such as investment updates, pitch books, factsheets and detailed research reports.
• Liaise with fund managers to gather information and maintain strong working relationships.
• Contribute to team discussions and support ad‑hoc investment projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund research or portfolio analysis within a reputable financial institution.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
