Investment Banking Trainee – Corporate Finance

About the role

Join Natixis CIB as a Trainee in Investment Banking, focusing on corporate finance. You will work alongside senior bankers to support deal origination, marketing, and execution while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial products and client sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing teasers, company profiles, and sector/market research for new business opportunities.
• Support the creation of pitch books, client presentations, and regular market updates.
• Contribute to financial modelling, credit analysis, and the drafting of transaction memoranda.
• Participate in due‑diligence processes and help compile relevant documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s or university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate companies and financial data quickly and accurately.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team.
