Investor Relations Director – Singapore (Base $200K-$400K)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director to lead our Singapore coverage as part of a strategic expansion across Asia. This frontline, hunter role will own the full fundraising lifecycle for global private market mandates, engaging sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and ultra‑high‑net‑worth capital.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated coverage lead for Singapore, managing end‑to‑end fundraising campaigns for private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real‑asset funds.
• Originate, pitch, and close capital commitments from institutional and private‑wealth investors.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, private banks, EAMs, and family offices.
• Deliver fund presentations, lead investor meetings, coordinate roadshows, and oversee due‑diligence processes through to closing.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to global fund managers to shape product positioning for the Singapore market.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional sales, investor relations, or capital raising with a proven track record of closing commitments.
• Established network of Singapore‑based allocators and deep understanding of their decision‑making processes.
• Strong sales orientation focused on direct distribution and capital placement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage CIOs and Investment Committee members.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
