ISO Compliance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an ISO Compliance Engineer to support and enhance our Quality, Information Security, and Environmental Management Systems across Singapore. The role involves maintaining ISO compliance, coordinating audits, and ensuring all documentation meets certification standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update ISO-related documents, policies, and records.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of ISO management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, PDPA and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and certification activities.
• Manage corrective action reports (CAR) and follow up on improvement actions.
• Prepare compliance reports and support management review meetings.
• Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance administration and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Quality Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO compliance, quality management, audit or related area.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and PDPA.
• Strong documentation, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
