IT Systems Administrator / Manager (Azure, M365)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator / Manager to join our technology team. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our enterprise‑grade server environment and cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure and proactively monitor server infrastructure and related applications.
• Handle technical escalations from tier‑1 support and provide guidance to internal users.
• Apply network security patches and perform regular security assessments.
• Develop automated scripts to streamline routine administrative tasks.
• Assist in managing core cloud services and virtualised architecture to maintain system uptime.

Required profile

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Mid‑level experience managing complex server infrastructure in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of operating system administration and identity management frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to write and maintain scripts for process automation.
