About the role

Join a dynamic jewellery retail team that offers a 4.5‑day workweek and comprehensive training. You will be responsible for selling gold jewellery, diamonds and other luxury items while delivering exceptional customer service across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Sell gold jewellery, diamonds and luxury goods to customers.
Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and provide product advice.
Guide customers in product selection and upsell where appropriate.
Manage point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards and inventory displays.
Work a rotating 4‑5‑4‑5 schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with 10 off days per month.

Required profile

Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
Interest or enthusiasm for the jewellery industry.
Junior‑level experience or fresh graduate ready to start a sales career.
