Junior Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team and help build and nurture vibrant online communities for our clients. You will work closely with social strategists and account leads to translate brand voice into engaging social content and conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish content on client social pages using Sprinklr and native platform tools.
• Engage directly with community members, fostering 1:1 conversations and identifying advocacy opportunities.
• Spot emerging trends and potential issues in the market and relay insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Support social listening and reporting, delivering performance metrics, cultural trend analysis, and fan insights.
• Identify and engage influencers and celebrities to amplify brand presence.
• Assist in ideating, creating, and editing static and video social assets, including on‑ground event coverage.

Required profile

• Passionate about social media with an intuitive understanding of platform specs and best practices.
• Able to work collaboratively with strategists, analysts, and creative teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data insights into actionable content ideas.
• Junior‑level experience or academic background in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr for publishing and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Familiarity with social listening and reporting tools.
• Basic content creation skills for static graphics and short‑form video.
